Concrete Repair in Grand Island, Nebraska
The concrete flatwork at this Grand Island property showed visible settlement cracks and separation between slabs, with dark stains indicating moisture-related soil movement beneath the surface. Expansive clay soils common to this region shift with seasonal moisture changes, and without proper support and drainage, concrete driveways and patios often develop the joint deterioration and displacement visible in the before photos.
Epp Foundation Repair sealed the concrete joints and restored the flatwork to establish proper drainage and prevent further soil-driven settlement. The finished concrete displays clean control joints with fresh sealant that will direct water away from the foundation and reduce stress from future seasonal soil movement. The entire project was documented with 16 on-site photos to record the condition and completion of the work.
Completed and documented on site by Epp Foundation Repair’s field crew. Serving Nebraska homeowners since 1994.
