Epp Foundation Repair is a family-owned company headquartered in Lincoln, Nebraska. We specialize exclusively in foundation repair, basement waterproofing, crawl space encapsulation, and concrete leveling. no general contracting, no diversified portfolio. In thirty years across Midwest soils, we've seen nearly every type of foundation problem. and learned that most of them are fixable without replacing the foundation. Where we came from.
Phil Epp founded the company in Lincoln, NE after years in construction and luxury home building. The original focus was poured basement walls for new residential construction.
Phil's son Dave joined the team. The company expanded into commercial poured walls, flatwork, waterproofing, and the first remedial foundation repair work.
Foundation repair grew to warrant its own dedicated division. Epp began focusing exclusively on repair, and started earning the national certifications that distinguish its crews.
