Foundation Repair Warranties

Epp Foundation Repair hereby warrants that the installed Push Piers/Helical Piers will stop further settlement of repaired areas for the lifetime of the structure from the date of installation, or Epp Foundation Repair will provide the labor and materials, at no cost to the customer to repair, replace, or adjust the Push Pier/Helical Pier.

Any area of the structure, whether exterior or interior, that is not supported by Epp Foundation Repair installed Push Piers/Helical Piers is specifically excluded from this limited warranty. Only structures that are piered crack to crack, crack to corner or corner to corner will be eligible for the warranty.

Heave or upward movement of the foundation due to soil expansion is excluded.

This warranty does not include the cost for repair resulting from consequential damages including but not limited to damage to concrete, brick, mortar, sheetrock, wallpaper, paint, rigid materials, or furnishings.

Vertical control benchmarks shall be established by Epp Foundation Repair after installation, and only those shall be used to determine any future vertical movement.

The installation of the Push Piers/Helical Piers will not prevent damages caused by slope failure, soil creep, earthquake, flood, seismic events, tornadoes, or other acts of God. The owner shall not hold Epp Foundation Repair responsible for direct damages or consequences of these damages should they occur.

This warranty is not valid until full payment for work is collected.

This warranty is made in lieu of all other warranties, obligations or liabilities expressed and/or implied on behalf of Epp Foundation Repair. There are no other verbal or written warranties.

Lifetime coverage on the steel I-beam wall bracing system installed by Epp crews. Full terms. Including transferability to a subsequent homeowner and the exclusions for upward soil heave, slope failure, seismic events, flood, and other acts of God. Are provided with your signed contract.

Lifetime coverage on Epp-installed carbon fiber wall reinforcement against material failure under typical Midwest soil and load conditions. Standard exclusions apply for heave, slope failure, and acts of God. Transferable to a subsequent homeowner.

Lifetime coverage on the interior drainage system installed by Epp Foundation Repair, including the perforated drain pipe and aggregate base, against blockage by ground-source soil under typical Midwest conditions. Sump pumps and mechanical components carry their own manufacturer warranty.

Lifetime coverage on the Epp-installed wall plate and C-channel anchor system against material failure under typical Midwest soil and load conditions. Standard exclusions apply.

Ten-year coverage on the Epp-installed slab pier system from the date of installation. Settlement of any slab area not supported by Epp slab piers is excluded.

Five-year coverage on the lifted slab against further settlement under typical Midwest soil conditions and assuming no upstream water-source changes (new drainage, new downspout, irrigation change). Re-lifting outside the warranty term is available at a reduced rate.

Five-year coverage on the egress window installation, including the window well, drain connection, and exterior backfill. Manufacturer warranty on the window unit itself applies separately.

Two-year coverage on the sealed crack or pipe penetration against re-occurrence of active water intrusion through the repaired location. Excludes new cracks that form outside the repaired area.

One-year coverage on Epp-installed concrete flatwork against material defect. Natural concrete characteristics. Hairline shrinkage cracks, surface scaling from de-icer use, color variation. Are not covered.
