Concrete Leveling in Omaha, NE
The foundation's concrete flatwork in this Omaha property showed signs of settlement and displacement typical of homes built on Nebraska's expansive clay soils. Before photos documented multiple driveway and walkway sections with differential settling, marked areas indicating voids beneath the concrete, and joints in need of repair. The crew identified sections requiring polyurethane foam lifting, void fill, and joint sealant work across approximately 16 inches of expansion joints.
Epp Foundation Repair performed polylift concrete lifting on the settled sections, filled voids beneath the flatwork, and sealed the expansion joints to prevent water intrusion and further soil movement. The completed concrete flatwork shows level surfaces with properly finished control joints and protective sealant, restoring both functionality and curb appeal to the property. The job was fully documented across 3 site visits with 63 on-site photos and 2 crew members recording all phases of the work.
Completed and documented on site by Epp Foundation Repair’s field crew. Serving Nebraska homeowners since 1994.
